Confirmation of numbers attending will be required at least two working days prior to booking date. Cancellation of room hire must be notified at least 5 working days before the day booked otherwise the full amount for room hire is payable. The Hirer is responsible for leaving the room clean and tidy, washing up and putting away crockery and other equipment. Please refer to HVCRC prices for required payment.
